Soul Tower is a 243 m tall 77 Floor residential
tower on the Esplanade sitting 220 meters above
Developed by the Juniper Group and Constructed by Grocon with a 300 workforce over a 3 year period.
Photo 2 June 2011 Soul on it's way to completion
with level 40-77 only to go and finish construction
in 2012.
The Tower behind Soul is the Hilton Hotel
development and completed in August 2011

| Soul Tower was designed by local architectual company DBI Design P/L.Apparently the owners of apartments from level 39 and below were able to move into their properties before the building was completed. In 2012 the Mantra Group took over Mangement of soul. |
